I would say Historical Battle DBA over all… But, Tactica II does a good job with Ancients as well… Good job!… to both Phil and Arty! Joe Collins |

They may have tried to recreate an actual historical battle using the rules. This is done every year at the Society of Ancients Battle day. Here a specific battle is chosen and fought using a number of different rule sets. Last year for Telamon, 12 sets were used.
