Was at a convention this weekend, and won a box of WW2 Germans. YAY! when i got home I discovered that the figures all have separate arms, heads and torsos. BOO!

A demo game at the con did make me interested in getting a BA army though. So who makes one piece WW2 figures? Cheaper is better in this case. Don't need detail because I are a crappy painter. One single piece is much better. Can't be arsed to glue bodies together. Life is too short.

If you know someone with the Old Glory army deal then maybe getting some of their West Wind stuff? They are pretty nice.

Black Tree Designs runs pretty frequent sales and I like their figs too.

List what you specifically got, and ask for trade offers for 1 piece WWII figs. Betcha get nibbles, maybe even a bite.

1st Corps have a nice metal range, pretty much all one piece figs.

I don't stock them but can special order them for you. They run about a buck fifty per figure, and they sell complete squads.

I primarily use Old Glory (Westwind) 25mm WWII. However, I just noticed that they're now $19 USD for 10 castings. That seems overpriced to me. That's in the range of the Warlord Games metal figures at around $2 USD a figure….which is definitely overpriced to me.

Maybe I'm just getting old and grumpy.

@KPinder good idea! Is there a good bartering site?

@Extra Crispy ounds like possibility. What is your web site?

1. There is a Marketplace option right here in TMP. See the left border, right below the website visit counter.

2. Extra Crispy's website is Scale Creep Miniatures.

I would recommend staying away from Black Tree Designs. At least at the moment.

Many are still waiting for orders from them from LAST November …

Depending on how much stuff you want, get the Old Glory Army card and then buy the minis at 40% off.
