Did and British units actually have both short sword and bayonet? Great looking unit, well painted, and arranged.

I like the way they are based into a carrier for double line, but mounted on disks for removal as skirmishers.

The figures are produced by Graham Cummings of Crann Tara and I know that his figure research is as good as anyone elses in the business.

The disks for mounting are actually UK 1 penny pieces produced by Her Majesties Mint costing exactly one pence each. I always ensure that Queen Bettys face is pointing downwards so that there is no risk of treason for disfiguring the monarchs face.

They can be removed for skirmishing but in this case can also be removed as a casualty counter.
