Dutch lancers were in red. Polish Guard lancers in blue. This might be Vistula Legion? |

Indeed looks like Vistula Legion: link " Legion of the Vistula (Polish: Legia Nadwiślańska)". The drawing tells us "Lansjer Nadwiślański". The lance pennon however should be red over white. |
