I always wonder what use these models are in this scale. In 1/300 your artillery might well be on-table, just about, but how would a 6-inch gun ever feature in a 20mm battle?

There are several ways in which to incorporate such a model into 20mm gaming, e.g. direct fire against a KV-2 in a 1941 scenario. I've gamed with a full battery of the 10.5cm version on table. The only reason I've not used anything bigger is that I don't have any models of those guns yet.

Objectives, like in the Point Du Hoc battery.

Also, the Russians were using 203mm monsters for direct fire in the cities in 1944-45. One shot to level a block.
