I have some Conquest FIW figs painted up from a long time ago. Looking to add some British Regulars. It appears that Warlord now sells them. Do the Warlord FIW figures match up size with the old Conquest FIW figs? My Conquests are very much on the smaller end of the 28mm scale -

They are the same.

The new Sash and Saber FIW range is perfectly compatible with Conquest/Warlord.

And I have Old Glory and RSM-95 and "Spanish" from Dayton Painting Consortium figures and they seem, to me eye, to be compatible as well.

This post on my blog will give you an idea: link The last picture shows DPC "Spanish" and Conquest figures on opposite sides on a log breastworks/obstacle. The DPC "Spanish" were originally produced by the now defunct London Warroom.

And finally, this post link shows a bunch of different figures on the "field of Mars." The fourth paragraph list most of the figure ranges.
