I ordered items in January and in February. I have never received them. I had multiple email changes promising that the items had shipped or were about to ship. Finally, after an email to Hotz Art Works requesting a refund, I submitted a claim to Paypal. Paypal refunded my money.
I wish that I had seen the many posts concerning Hotz Art Works, and saved a lot of wasted time by not ordering. I received excellent product in the past, but it seems as if Hotz Art Works are no longer a good supplier. |

I have never ordered from them. Their products look very nice but this site is littered with posts just like yours. Many people had poor service their first (and probably last) attempt to order from them. Others have had success and continued to press their luck and ultimately got burned. |

I order from him twice, what I recalled was on his page it said that it could a while (six weeks two months?) The stuff never came the next day but I did not expect it too, but it always came before the period was up. |

I have a couple of Hotz mats – they are really nice and both came very quickly which I was amazed at being in the UK. However, having seen some of the Deep Cut Studio mats that's what I'm going to buy next. It may be worth checking them out next time you want to order a new playing surface. As I understand it they can print with or without hexes and you can specify the size of the hex. |

I finally received my merch from Hotz. I ordered it late February and received it the day before yesterday, so not quite 5 months from order to delivery. I ordered some 6mm fields and snow covered roads: [URL=https://imageshack.com/i/plYTkXMEj]
