Yesterday I was able once again to use the To the Strongest rules for a solo game set in the Pyrrhic War. My game was based on (or, to use a Hollywood phrase, "inspired by") the Battle of Asculum. As usual, I have written up a full report with plenty of pictures which can be seen here Battle Report.
One of the major benefits of being part-time is having the house to myself during the week for these solo games. No disturbances, no TV. Just me, the rulebook, a pile of dice and my little men. :) Battle of Asculum. BigLee blmablog.com |

Nice. Who makes the individually cast 6mm infantry? |

79thPA – Baccus 6mm make these. They do them with cast Sarissa or these ones with upen hands. I used dressmaking pins for the pikes…possibly the most painful project I have ever completed! Frederick – Thanks |

That'll keep people from grabbing them by the handful. |
