Looks more 'P&O' rather than Art Deco – P&O was a 1950's style that featured rounded 'towers', recessed or flat roofs and minimalist metal framed windows.

Art Deco was pre-WW2 and usually featured more architectural decoration, not just a fancy front door.

Or 'Brutalist'.

Well, at least the front door is definitely "Deco!"

A very ambitious design, but maybe to the point of overkill for the space it would take and effort to assemble.

The designers should be encouraged to do more like this, but less in the C.B. DeMille scale.

And I hate to say anything less than welcoming to any new product….

Dalek accessible
Everyone accessible with that access to those back doors. Move them to the right, away from the "stairs".
And for God's sake put up some railing before somebody falls to their death.
