Were these ever published?

When I was an adolescent, these grand tactical rules were playtested by Tom Loback, Joe Miceli et al at the Complete Strategist Gaming Club in NYC. In the early 80s, the rules were used in conjunction with a Napoleonics campaign game, my first.

I helped playtest the rules but had no real hand in their development, thus no rights to them for more than my own use. I lost touch with everyone but all these years later, I found, I think, a later stage draft of the rules and wondered if anyone knew what became of them?

Long shot, I know, but the rules have a certain flow for mechanics of play at the the grand tactical level.Unique perhaps in that they are both grand tactical in scope and based on the battalion for unit of play.

I would ask Joe myself but I suspect he is no longer with us. Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

Dave Waxtel might know. He and Joe were gamers together
years ago.

I'll send a PM to Dave asking that he look up your
post and hopefully give you some info.
