If PE is an acceptable answer to the question, so is Bunnies and Burrows and Hungry, Hungry Hippos. At least the latter has miniatures in it. |

Not a boardgame or rules but I did see "Orc Wenches on Rolerskates with Uzis" mentioned in a miniatures ad in the eighties. |
