…Identify The Best Fighters And Thinkers. "Russia plans to develop "genetic passports" for military personnel, according to Alexander Sergeyev, the head of the country's Academy of Sciences. The program also involves the Kirov Military Medical Academy, which conducts research in military medical services. Speaking ahead of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), Sergeyev said that "the most important and interesting project considered by representatives of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Military Academy, is the so-called Genetic Passport of a soldier. The project is far-reaching, scientific, fundamental. Its essence is to find such genetic predispositions among military personnel, which will allow them to be properly oriented according to military specialties."…." Main page link Amicalement Armand

They might be more honest and less pathologically and politically / doctrinally frightened by the results of proper research on genetics. |

….none of which will do them any good, as their doctrine is still very much like the old Soviet model. |

H'mmm not sure if we actually know the genetic marker for intelligence with any certainty, let alone anything more specific like 'aptitudes'. Still a good way of getting a stonkingly large, if rather male biased, dataset for research, which could be sold to biomedical companies for lots of Roubles so they can afford shiny new Black Eagles, hypersonic robot nuclear torpedoes, or what ever else it is they want this week… |
