>>>> Shipping Issue / Ref: 5/24 <<<<

Yesterday, a package we mailed to Canada was returned because a postal worker at our local office failed to attach the correct bar code.

I have determined that many of the packages we mailed on the same day (May 24th) are moving "slow" – and I am concerned that other boxes may also be returned due to the same issue.

Apparently the postal worker did not know how to process International packages correctly.

Oddly, the packages we sent to Japan and Russia on the same day have already been delivered, but the packages sent to Canada and Australia on the 24th of May are still listed as "in transit" according to the USPS tracking system.
I will contact each person that may be affected by this issue and provide their tracking number. In addition, I will be monitoring the situation and meeting with the postal supervisor today. In the meantime, here is a list of the packages that may affected by this issue --

B Cadwgan – Australia
L Sheppard – Australia
C Tan – Australia
M Mayes – Canada
M Belgum – Canada
B Hearnden – Canada
