Hi
Does anyone know of decent miniature wargame stores who have BG napoleonics in either LA, San Diego or San Fransico? I am going there in July.
Thanks

I don't see Brigade Games Napoleonics on their site but you could ask. FWIW, definitely the best for historical's on the West Coast. brookhursthobbies.com

No, just direct. I answered you earlier today.

To find them in the catalog tree – under Brigade Games , then Napoleonics

I guess the point is that a European visitor hopes to buy in the US and bring home, avoiding the postage costs and duty that can be charged on import (the latter very inconsistently)

I've been hoping for a UK supplier for a long time.

Me too, but it does create commercial challenges of their own I am told. Oddly some of the range (not Napoleonic though) are on sale in the UK

Arrange to have an order shipped to where you are staying when visiting.

We have German friends/family that ship to us before they visit rather than pay shipping and other fees.

I was going to buy some when I was in the States at Easter – the plan was to get a load of the wonderful new British cavalry delivered to where I was staying. But with the weak pound they still ended up being more expensive than Perrys so in the end I didn't do it :(

Here's hoping to a better pound and maybe a UK retailer in the future!

Lord Hill, I just tried to send you an e mail based on the address on your blog. Is the stapleton etc one now obsolete?

Contact me on liamdotfloodatnhsdotnet I am sure you can work that out, but the robots cannot.

Thank you all for good advise.

@Brigade Games
I am considering to order to one of the places I will stay. If so, I will comply with your advice regarding dates and shipping time etc.
