I should have cross posted but did not think about it. A paper boat for the paper figures when you only want one for one game and storing one is not a usefull option. Fold and then throw away.

Sombody really clever could even make a PDF with details on prior to folding.

In our D&D game last week, our DM placed a printed airship our characters were on, then announced a storm. He made tears into the ship printout. Then we players moved our figures onto one section and he tore the others off and crumpled them up. Then he described a crash, us waking up, lay our figures down on the crash site, and placed oone crumpled up then smoothed out section curling above us.

Surprisingly effective for such a simple device.
