I had about $200 USD worth of stuff in my cart and, in a moment of sanity (or weakness), I thought about all of my still unpainted figures and hit the delete button. Did you pick anything up?

athun2529 May 2019 5:54 a.m. PST

No. Like you, when tempted I think of that pile of lead (and plastic) that I will never get to. The 'new project' is an evil temptress, but happy to say, so far this year total figures purchased in the first 6 months: 0

Thresher0129 May 2019 6:01 a.m. PST

No.

Nope.

I almost always do, if the per figure cost is lower than if I were to buy from Wayland or NWS.

Grabbed about 25 sprues of the WSS infantry, so I can finally do the Monster Blood Tattoo/Lamplighter project I've wanted to try.

No. The only armies actually short troops are 5mm Ancients. Not that I'll never buy anything else, but I think other things can wait until I clear away some of the painting backlog. Two, maybe three years is my first thought.

A Perry sprue sale would have been more tempting, I'll admit. I could do with a small pile of Napoleonic hussar and chasseur a cheval officers for ADCs. But even there, the ones I already have are near the end of a long painting queue.

Wargamer Blue29 May 2019 7:18 a.m. PST

No. I love metal.

whitphoto29 May 2019 7:27 a.m. PST

At least half of what I actually bought was bases, and I only bought enough to get free shipping.

Yep, same as last time I picked up a company sized force of Antares miniatures, Freeborn this time (Argoryn last time) and then placed a second order for 80+ orcs and some farmyard animals sprues.

skedaddle Supporting Member of TMP29 May 2019 9:21 a.m. PST

Yes. Orcs aplenty and weapons sprues for my Saxons.

Waco Joe29 May 2019 10:16 a.m. PST

Yep, twice. First run through was for 10 sprues of winter Soviets. Second time for WSS infantry.

jdpintex29 May 2019 10:58 a.m. PST

Nope.

Normally get my odd sprues at Flea Markets/Bring&Buys.
