Taken the idea from the poll on Favorite Aircraft Carrier, which is your favorite battle involving Aircraft Carriers?. Mine would be the raid on Tarento. You have to love those beauties, the Fairey Swordfish biplanes. Seconded by the Midway battle.

Another one I also like is the Falklands '82. The aircraft carriers of the Task force made the enterprise possible so I also would include this one.

Most carrier battles in the Pacific are very interesting, but Midway gets my vote too.

Philippine Sea was the largest, but Midway was the most dramatic by a country mile.
