Sounds like he has had a series of setbacks over the last few months.

Actually, 'he has had a series of set backs over the last few' years. If you do a search you will find many threads on this topic. A great product but he is an unreliable retailer.

Yes I'm still waiting on some roads and fields I ordered in early March. Generally my experience is about 3 months from order to shipping.

He sent me an email acknowledging my order and said 2-4 weeks so I sent him a reply yesterday saying we're going on 2-4 months. No reply yet.

Same experience. Last year made an order, paid thru paypal. Months later made an email request for status, no response. Had to make a claim with paypal to get my money back.

So Eric replied to my email detailing his current life struggles but said he would try to finish and ship my order by next Monday.

I appreciate his response and do understand how life gets in the way at times.

He should work on communicating with his customers though.

If he has a sad story to report to his customers, he should just do it as a Word document, save it, then copy and paste it into an email reply to each of his inquiring customers.

Doesn't take that much time. An alternative would be to go out of business.

Placed my order on April 21st, mat was delivered from Canada to the US today.
