On the 8th of December 1941, almost an hour before Japanese aircraft attacked Pearl Harbor, Japanese soldiers began landing on the Malayan beach at Kota Bharu. It was defended by Indian troops and was the first Japanese strike against the Allies in World War Two. I have made a video about the action using a new method of drawing my own maps as an experiment. Let me know what you think of it by watching it here: youtu.be/CmTzgJFdUpo |
