Great review! Many thanks. I have not started painted any of my Italians for the desert, as they have no opposing force yet, but sometime this year, I will start gathering my early war British/Commonwealth troops, and this book sounds like a great resource.

Just added it to my cart on Amazon!

Thanks for the review, I hope the book is of help to people. It may be out of stock on Amazon, but is still at Pen and Sword, the publisher's website.

The review showed me enough of the book to know it will be of help to me, and the book was ordered. Looking forward to giving it a trial on my painting table.

Are you planning any other painting tutorials?
