There's some descriptive prose from the point of view of a squad sergeant named Angad in Oh, I Looked Over Jordan: A Soldier's View of Paradise, but the art is the same.

Of course, there's a reason they deployed. Exercises . . .

Thank you! I have to admit, I love the old Copplestone guard/army sculpts. (The Olleys too, but the Copplestone are sort of definitive of sci-fi human army to me.)

As to the silly space sword . . . well . . . I'm way darn short of arms, hands, and things to put in 'em that aren't bolt action flashlights. And that was part of dealing with the problem, believe it or not. I hope it doesn't look quite as ludicrously large in person. Kind of the "Does this make my nose look too big?" angle. Yep. It does. But sometimes that's still the way to go. Your mileage may vary, of course.
