I have been doing a bit of housekeeping with the realization that I will never finish my tiny figures (i.e. less than 15mm high) projects. Rather than leave them to gather dust in a forgotten corner of my basement I would prefer to give them to someone who will enjoy them.

If you are interested in such things take a look here link

Do you want anything in exchange for the Napoleonics? Like some larger figs?

dmebust07 May 2019 10:15 a.m. PST

I would like to claim your 1/1200 scale Fort Sumter and accessories. I would be happy to pay for shipping. Please contact me direct at dmebust at yahoo dot com. Thanks much!!

Hi, I'd like the 7yw figs if available. I will happily pay postage and donate.

Thank you.

John

Would take the Napoleonics and again pay postage plus send you any larger figs you would like/use

BillyNM07 May 2019 11:46 a.m. PST

Have the Heroics and Ros Napoleonic's all gone? If not I'd love any Prussian Musketeers, French Garde (horse of foot) and Austrians of any description.

More than willing to pay any P&P and a bit more – are there any figures that you're still looking to acquire just in case I have some you can have?

Pauls Bods07 May 2019 12:08 p.m. PST

Very generous of you sir thumbs up

15th Hussar07 May 2019 1:11 p.m. PST

Nothing for me either, but YES, a very generous deed, INDEED!

Anton Ryzbak07 May 2019 4:03 p.m. PST

It looks like the Napoleonics and Seven Years War figures have homes.

dmebust put a message in the comments section on my blog so this is legit and I will send the model out to you ASAP

Thanks for the response everyone and, again, I don't want any payback, just donate the postage amount to a local Veteran's Fund.

Anton I have been trying but I have had no luck leaving a post on your Blog. I have a Google account so I do not know what the problem is.

Great idea. I did something similar with a huge collection of plastic kits of WWII ships languishing in the attic. (Don't ask. The lead mountain only far worse. I had Arizona in three different scales, Bismarck from 1/350 down to 1/1200, six HMS Ajax etc)

Advertised them as freebies on the WWII Naval Forum, in exchange for any donation to a veteran's charity. They are now in Scarborough.

Then when I retired, what could I do with all those Matchbox Die Cast aircraft of WWII? Same thing. Advertised on the WWII Aircraft forum to anyone prepared to collect (far too heavy to post). They too found a good home and Help for Heroes benefitted.

Now I have an attic filled with 28mm Napoloenics….one day….

Ha, i thought tha lived in Ireland, this gets even better. Let me know when the pain hits and i'll drive down and collect them. I'll even bring some fruit to aid your convalescence!
