Saga was GREAT! Then came Saga II and all my gaming buddies left it. Now it's "Magic Saga"… and I'm leaving too. I am so disappointed. |

Saga is a lot tighter than Saga 1. The rules are better written and the abilities get more use. The bad news is that Saga 2 already has errata and the new Age of Magic book has obvious errors although still playable. |

The battle boards in Saga were Fantasy already. I look forward in using my old GW minis. The new class of units work well in the system. House rules what you want, no GW police to deal with. Works for LOTR also. |

Thanks for the report. I've got a Orc & Goblin army that can pull double duty between Middlehammer and AoM. It's a shame that the guy I orded the book from got the book and cards, but couldn't get the dice before they all sold out. |

Could us us the other saga dice or just convert a D6. |

You can work out which pips on a regular D6 are which fancy face on the 3 new sets of Saga dice using the Age of Magic rules and boards. There is also an image of all the dice faces on the Studio Tomahawk Saga Downloads page. |
