Looking to use with my 15mm WW II. They do have some 1/100th scale decals but nothing like their 1/87th scale selection! Anyone use their 1/87th with 15mm and care to comment on if they work with 15mm? |

They work really good. I used them for my Canadians. The difference in size is hard to see. |

I bought four sheets of Peddinghaus decals for my Free French 2eme DB in Paris 1944. They look great on the sheets, nice colours, well printed and in register for change! All was well until I applied "Valserine" in yellow print onto my olive drab M4A2. The letters just disappeared! The decals/transfers prove to be almost totally transparent. If there had been white Shermans in Paris in mid summer, all would be well, but….. Found the same with the bridge classification, also in yellow. Facebook carries messages of others with the same complaint. Was this just a once off and bad luck with this sheet? |

I have had that happen with some 1/35th scale decals. In some cases lucky as duplicates on the sheet and applying one over the other seemed to work a bit better. Disappointing though about Peddinghaus as they have such a good selection |

Now that I had not thought of…..superimposing!. Clever. They look great on the white card but are totally invisible on a dark surface. I recall the decals/transfers produced for Black Watch or 92nd kilts. The makers told you to paint the kilts white first, then apply the transfers over that. The result was remarkable. I really thought these would be the best of the five different makers I sampled for FF tanks. So far they are unusable, however good they look at first |
