That's pretty terminal for civilian employment, too, in any managerial level. It's also boilerplate, so there is no telling what exactly Admiral Doofus was up to. Could be something as 'little' as fooling around with someone else's wife (or daughter/son over 16), could be as ugly abusing those under him. |
