Yes, for some time now. I think the thinking was just like the US military. If we don't consider it and it does come true won't we look impressive with our pants down. I know of gamers who use them for casualties, walking wounded etc.. Personally I would like WWII French, Soviet, Polish and modern middle east and African refugees myself. Any one have leads for that?

They have western civilians to go with them too. Sadly no police and the civvies are in poses that don't evoke running from a zombie plague – more like a normal day at work.

Irregular have 6mm police. Full riot shields plus mounted. Just not your cop on a beat. My need was cop on a beat circa 1950s as I am looking for minis for playing the coup phases of Junta as a miniatures game.
