Over the next few days I am going to be listing my sources for 20mm scifi and fantasy in the respective new boards. I would encourage you to jump on the bandwagon and deposit ideas and sources here as well.

There are 1/72 Post Apocalyptic figs in tune with the Stalker and Metro games/books. Made by Alliance. Readily available on Ebay currently (I buy from Rebelalpha). See Gunner Dunbar's excellent review:

Ral Partha has the Critical Mass line. Lots of the larger units are useable and the vehicles are quite large for being 15mm.

Thanks for the link to my blog, cloudcaptain. Unfortunately I've moved away from 1/72 recently, but all the old 1/72 entries are tagged.

Skinflint Games: Are you talking about your conversions with Caesar's orcs? Please show us some photos! I've been following a lot of your battle reports.

You missed Rolf Hedges' (RH Models/Liberation Miniatures) Little Green Men range, built around the nucleus of the old Blade Miniatures range

I thought that RH had stopped trading except in person at shows?
