I was working on a wholesale re-skin of the World Of Greyhawk, as I had posted in odd74.proboards.com/thread/13124/bold-new-setting It's been a while since I've done much work aside from rolling up a few characters and statting out the basic halfolk of Phostwood. I had a massive anxiety attack about 2am Friday morning. So bad I had to call off work (disciplinary action forthcoming, I'm sure.) But I did pull out a notebook to work more on my little D&D setting. As it turns out, the vicious little cannibal hobbits of Phostwood live in underground warrens (much like rabbits) and each warren is ruled by a necromancer-queen. This means that the war leaders of the raider groups are accompanied by skeletons, which are the remains of previous meals. No zombies, because all the meat's been eaten. They also have a social motif of skull art, which is also used in their warpaint (they fight otherwise nekkid.) So, there's that. |

I tried to look, but the message was: "You do not have permission to access this thread." Sounds like an interesting world ! |

I see that you are in the USA. File FMLA papers with your employer: Federal Medical Leave Act (ask your HR office for them). They will not be able to punish/fire you for your ongoing medical condition. Needs to be certified by a physician, but it can save your job. Leave can be used with PTO, or without pay. Not familiar with the Phostwood region of Greyhawk. Where is that located? Cheers! |
