Kim supervised Wednesday's test and praised it for having "very weighty significance in increasing the combat power" of the North Korean army, according to the state-run Korean Central News Agency. Hmmmm, I think I've seen this whole thing play out identically before. Looks like both China and now Russia are weighing in on the side of their ally once again, which is rather unsurprising. |
