The editor, Mat Caffery, is a retired USAF officer that has been running high-level symposiums since 1993 dealing with many aspects or wargaming. He invites people from the DoD, civilian simulation contractors, and people from the commercial wargaming industry. He's even had people from the Hollywood special effects and intel/psy-ops people and officers from foreign militaries.

Wargames have helped change how we use Future, only it's called Pledge now in the US.
