Lead Your Own Napoleonic Army at Historicon 2019!

The Wargaming Company is running and sponsoring a slew of games at Historicon 2019, and we're inviting YOU to lead your OWN ARMY!

If You Bring 'em, You Can Play 'em!

Want to lead your *own* Army into battle?
At Historicon 2019, YOU CAN!

The Wargaming Company will be running a series of ESR Napoleonics games at Historicon, and if you want, you can use YOUR OWN ARMIES!

How?

1. Paint, base, and prepare your Army.
2. Sign-up for an ESR Napoleonics game sponsored by TWC at Historicon 2019.
3. Submit the details of your Army to TWC.
4. Lead your miniature men to VICTORY!

Requirements

‘Loaner Armies' will be available from TWC, bringing your own is NOT REQUIRED.

All Armies must be 1:160 scale (aka 10mm).
All Armies must be based as ESR Box Sets (standard Units on 30x30mm bases).
All Armies must be ‘Finished' i.e. painted and based, including flocked bases.
Miniatures from ESR Box Sets are strongly encouraged but ‘foreign mercenaries' from other brands are allowed so long as they are ‘finished'; painted and based.

Sorry Aethelflaeda was framed, but while ESR can be played at any ground scale, with any scale figures (and has been at many conventions), we need to make sure the Armies of different opposing players will match on the tabletop to ensure compatibility.

This actually interests me as I have all my 10mm (1809 Spanish and French)based very similar. 30mm squares for cavalry and artillery, and 30x20mm for infantry.

I could use a 10x20mm strip for measuring 45 degrees, and about half to one quarter the infantry have flag bases.

I own the second edition of ESR, but have never read them or had time for the excellent tutorials.

Wonder if anybody has any British to compliment my Spaniards?

My reaction to 28mm ;-)

Good job David at bringing an innovative idea to a convention.
