Scenic Express sells some in different sizes and colors.

I like Scenic Express as well, but only the 4-6mm buffalo grass tufts(for 25-28mm), and only in the smaller sized containers.

For whatever reason, when I buy the bulk pack, the longer tufts are squatter and denser, and the shorter tufts are thinner.

I've used their smaller 2-4mm buffalo grass tufts on 15mm, and am happy with them.

I don't buy anything other than the buffalo grass(they have a bewildering selection of products). I've tried many of their other types of tufts, but they just doesn't work for miniatures. I'm sure that they are perfect for model railroad layouts and dioramas, but for minis, buffalo grass is the way to go.

Earlier, wrgmr1 posted about Leadbear's Tufts in Australia, which look very nice, and include snow covered tufts (I had some of those in my backyard yesterday morning).

I just got some from Gamers Grass, gamersgrass.com I bought mine from Bad Squiddo.

I think Game Kastle online has the Army Painter tufts on sale for under $2 USD a pack? Free shipping at $100 USD, so buy other stuff as well!
