Above are a few shots of Miniature Building Authority's Bermuda Sloop (from their Spanish Main series), now serving as a pirate vessel in Pulp Alley. Sharp eyes may note that the plain untapered dowels supplied as masts have been replaced with wooden chopsticks, which are already tapered, nicely lacquered, not warped, and actually fit into the deck holes without surgery. Otherwise a great piece, especially if you can find it on sale. Thanks, rags |
