Hey all, I will be running a 1/100 (15mm) BattleTech game at Little Wars at the end of April. It's going to be 3025 all classic Battletech using all unseen. I started out with getting some 1/100 toys and mounting them on 4" hexes. These are unseen mechs from Dougram and Robotech.
There aren't a lot of 1/100 old school mechs available as toys, however, so I broke out the SLA 3D printer and created several more unseen mechs as well. I even threw in a Scorpion Light Tank with two different turret configurations and my son painted them up for me (I did the tank, he did the mechs).
To give you an idea of scale, here's a Griffin toy and Wolverine SLA print as well as two 1/285 scale mechs of the same types from the latest BattleTech starter set.
I'm looking forward to the game, which will include lots of 1/100 terrain and buildings. If you like classic Battletech and are looking for a game on Saturday, I'm running the event twice. Come check it out. |

Awesome! I have a LOT of 1/100 and 1/72 models of unseens but would be VERY interested in getting the files to print the mechs that aren't available. Care to post the link? |

At 15mm, that fight is going to be "up close and personal". Love it! |

This looks great especially at this scale. Cannot wait to see it set up. |

The scenario will definitely start out 'danger close.' Everything is basically at a 4" scale, meaning that Locust can walk 32" a round. |

Awesome, I have a bunch of the 1:100 Bandai Macross kits which I do like, but are a bit of a pain to put together. |
