Wooden flats from Russia. Scale is flexible but I ordered these 45mm to the eyes. Nice painting challenge with blank figures.

Got a link? Do they come with the lines drawn?

Hi, Bill. Yes, the new ones have simple outlines. More of a sketch than highly detailed but I'll attest it makes the painting easier.

Yevgeny sells on eBay as well as Etsy.

Beautiful work; $ ???

Thanks, gents ! Yeah, the prospect of painting figures with no engraving or pattern was somewhat intimidating. But once I painted the first one he served as a template for the rest.

khansom, I paid around $40 USD for the set, including shipping from Russia. We designed some French 2nd Empire & Austrian infantry sets of 25 figures which have the outlining, they run a shade less than $2 USD a figure. A set of 7 lancers is $18.25 USD.

For wooden flats with the the lines engraved, check out Skull and Crown's ranges. They do medieval, napoleonics, 18th century imagi-nations, naval, plus a bit of sci-fi/fantasy.
