You were asked – TMP link In your estimate, what percentage of your Civil War miniature gaming is done with the popular Fire & Fury rules? Naval and skirmish gaming excluded. The average result as 37.47%. |

Not surprised that it is that high. Our group went to it after dissatisfaction with Johnny Reb 3 for a variety of reasons. My guess is that it was probably higher than that a few years ago, but Black Powder has probably taken a big chunk out of that as well. The other 100+ sets of rules probably make up the remaining percentage. |

Sorry I missed this poll. I game ACW 100% with BF&F for the larger battles and RF&F for the smaller battles or a portion of a large battle. I also game RF&F 100% with their three variants, AWI, Wo1812 and MAW. Its great having a wonderful set of rules that models four eras of American warfare. Best. Lowell D. Hamilton |

Add Brigade and Regimental together to get 100% |

I only do regimental ACW. Used JR2 for years but dissatisfied with the basing scheme. JR3 was disappointing. Switched to MLW. Not a bad set of rules once you get them working right. Plan to try RF&F next year. Not a fan of that system but everyone here plays AOE so it might be easier for them to deal with. |
