Corsec Engineering is closing his doors on April 12, so anyone who wants to make a final order, better do it soon.

Sad day…

Sorry to hear this but understandable. The best quality game mats made, IMO. I use mine constantly. Wishing you the very best in your new endeavor.

This is bad news indeed! I love their flight stands for all my flying needs. The flat pack terrain bits are also great for adding those fiddly doors and windows to scratchbuilt structures.

Thank you for the products.

best wishes

That's sad to hear.
Their Omni-stand system is pretty much the only way I base sterships anymore.

No one is interested in acquiring the rights?

Bummer!

I had a bit of an error in a long-ago order, and have been slow in reordering to get what I first intended.

Alas, as slow as I am to get around to ANYTHING, I'll probably miss out on my original intent.

Curse my foggy brain!

TheBeast – it might not have matter at that point. I put in an order on April 12th and I have received no product or replies to the 2 emails requesting updates on the status of my order nor the claim i filled recently with PayPal. A real shame as I wanted to finish my base collection out too.

I don't think ill of proprietor but I disliked having to go the route of a chargeback like I've done.

I have a laser cutter / CNC / FDM coming hopefully next month, but I don't know if the 2.5W laser will be enough to cut acrylic that is thick enough nor if I can find hardware and thread rods of the correct threading to match up to what I have already.

I too have been awaiting my order, a star mat that I thought was outsourced to another company he used, but no word back from any of the emails I have sent. I did hear that a prolonged and serious illness befell him, and while I can sympathise with his situation, I would like some reply and my order at some time.

I just saw a post on their Facebook page that 5 weeks ago he was in the hospital. I certainly understand the situation and wish him well, but with no response and the possibility it may be beyond his capacity to fulfill orders (he mentioned there were 6 months worth of orders), I cannot take a chance that I will not see anything for the funds I put forth so I'd have had to gone the way I did anyway.

Best of luck with your order and again I wish no ill will to Jon in anyway.

Oracle – Just read your posts. I may be able to help some on the hardware and threaded rods.
