Where are the female samurai? No concept art or even a sketch? |
Torquemada | 30 Mar 2019 7:32 a.m. PST |
@ Joerg: I found that strange as well. Lots of photos of painted minis from the existing range, but not even a concept sketch for the actual subject of the kickstarter? |

@ Torquemada: Exactly! Sorry, but for me that's a no go :-( |

If I have to go by the paltry picture they are showing, I'd assume they're going to be 'topless'. Like they say on Shark Tank, "I'm out." |

One would indeed think that there would be some 'concept' drawings. |

And what are "odda bugeisha"? link |

Poor English for "other" bugeisha?? |

Onna-bugeisha (|) are female martial artists of nobility status. They would fight along side samurai attached to their house. "Odda" could easily be a regional dialect pronunciation variant. Accurate armour variants for females would be much more interesting than salicious figures. Don't really need a Kickstarter for the latter. |

"And what are "odda bugeisha"?" Female Japanese warriors with a heavy cold. |
