"Exploring the Frozen Ruins" Topic

Two more warbands explored the frozen ruins of Frostgrave using a tarot card discovery deck. This time, the explorers had to compete for their discoveries. The warbands had an indecisive skirmish, with most of the combat being directed against monsters spawned from the discovery deck. You can see more pictures and read the story here:

Nice looking setup and interesting way to play the game. Do you have a table with all your tarot results?

Nice paintjobs but a bit of a skimpy clothing if you as me… (a person from the frozen tundra of the north aka Finland)

It would work with any Rider-Waite style tarot deck, or phone app.

@Lonkka1Actual: I looked really hard to find figures that minimized exposed skin. Female figs who aren't in chain mail bikinis are especially difficult. When I tried painting hands to look like gloves, they just looked like brown hands. Of course there is an official line of figures that are appropriately dressed, but I didn't want to use what I assumed everyone else playing Frostgrave would be using.

As for the painting, while I did the scruffy-looking monsters, those two warbands were painted at Fernando Enterprises to my specs. They do excellent work.
