Can anybody tell me how tall a standing WF WW2 American or German is, ideally counting the base included on the sprue?

The 28mm ones, to be clear.

I don't have mine on their bases, but the miniature I measured
was 32mm from foot to top of helmet. This was the German officer or NCO. He is probably the miniature that is standing
the most upright.
