I'm kind of amazed that this hasn't hit the initial goal yet. Since you can get the turrets without the emplacement bases they'd be perfect for kit-bashing. Look pretty good too. |

I really don't understand Kickstarters (or wargamers!) Only 6 backers! Not met the project goal ! link Is it that "everyone" has bought a 3D printer and are printing their own ? |

No, more likely (I would hope), people are just making their own for free. Grab a ping-pong Ball or bottle lid of similar shape. Glue to a card or plastic base. Cut little bits of cereal packet or tissue box type card into armour plates and glue on in a random Style. Grab some sorues and slice off the round ejection marks or slice round sorues to make rivets. Glue them onto the armour plating. Pull apart some free or old pens or raid your bits box for gun bits and stick them on. For a Hatch use a plastic lid. Done! Much cheaper and faster than mail order. |
