Sounds to me like Venezuelan propaganda. Apparently, there are quite a few assets in Colombia that could assist, should the need arise. |

Their have been plans to invade every Latin American country since Cuba went communist. Basic strategic planning. Excercises at the Command and General Staff colleges should include such excercises. |
