Get this volume on Kindle for $1.30 USD
2nd volume still too expensive.
If you are on the fence, just buy it, unlikely to remain at this price for long.

Grouchy's Waterloo by Andrew Field still available at $1.30 USD
Thunder of the Danube Vol 1 by John Gill also still available at $1.30 USD

Rick

This is a two volume work that is worth getting in the paper version, even at the sake of the forests. Funny but Vol 1 was far better than Vol 2 which was much more somehow a short afterthought about the final battle (arguably the only battle within a 100 year interval that really counted)

I agree, vol 1 is superior. And worth getting in HB, but if you are on the fence, get the Kindle, you won't regret the $1.30 USD
