Thinking of taking a look at these rules by Col.Bill Gray:
-will they cover the Marlborough Period and
-are they "stand alone" or do I need to have a copy of AoE II to use them?
Any comments or reviews of this set are appreciated.

Yes they cover Marlborough, and yes you need AOE2 to play them.
