No, not small appendages, but soldier-wielded assault rifles, LMGs, SMGs, and auto-pistols too (would love some of the latter with silencers included).

Does anyone make these in 28mm – 32mm scale, preferably in metal, but plastic or resin might do too?

Looking for FN-style rifles (possibly scoped), G3s, and other more futuristic type weaponry to do some conversions with figures.

Bazookas and rocket launchers/RPGs might be useful too, though they generally aren't class as "small arms".

Warlord has or use to have some sprues with modern weapons on them.

The Assualt Group is my go-to for separate weapons: theassaultgroup.co.uk Look for "Shop > Weapons and Equipment." Tucked in under "Pewter Accessories," Acheson Designs does a great mixed pack of modern weapons: link
