Please see link for a first look and some experimentation with Bob Cordery's air combat rules from his Developing the Portable Wargame.

I have been using the hexsheet and the counters from the Achtung! Spitfire boardgame, but hopefully there will be something of potential interest to gamers who use models for their air warfare games.

Thanks for the lent review and suggested rule changes … all of which improve upon the basic rules. (And they are very, VERY basic!)
