Those cuirassiers are just superb. Totally new to me. I thought Westphalian Cuirassiers were slightly dull, as only distinguished from French by the caterpillar crest on the helmet. Until I now learn about 1st regiment.
What a superb uniform….what a nightmare for the laundry
