No but perhaps the Polish infantry did. Those are Poles!

There were some estimated 10k Polish infantry in the relief force, out of some 40k. The famous charge of the Hussaria (and some 15k other cavalry, Polish and German) was near the end of the battle, after the Ottomans were pushed back by hours of hard fighting but still felt secure enough to hold back substantial forces to assault Vienna.

These fights certainly included Polish infantry before that charge. Not sure wether these minis represent the equipment correctly, though. Not my field of expertise.

Yeah, pretty accurate as long as we're talking about the more or less traditional Polish infantry. Long handled berdiche or bardiche if you prefer, axes which doubles as a musket rest. Long fur lined coats and the cloth pokalem type cap. They also started to use some traditional contemporary infantry, i.e. pike and shot, around this time.
