Probably made it themselves – That's the Mechworks group, who do a LOT of stuff to support Full Thrust, including a line of starships on Shapeways.

I found their Shapeways store, while they have the Spaceballs and Galaxy Quest ships, they don't have the Dreadnaught class corvette. Darn
