Just wanted to flag what excellent customer service I experianced from Manny at HR games. I ordered a copy of the new edition of Panzer Korps rules which was delivered by Lulu. Sadly the quality of the book and printing left a lot to be desired. Despite me being i the UK and HR Games in the US Manny responded within and hour and has entirely resolved the issue. You can't ask more than that! Thanks Manny. As an aside – if you are looking for some great Brigade/Divisional level WW2 rules – I can't recomend these too highly! |

I agree. Super service. Also excellent support including the authors participation in discussions and rules questions on their Yahoo group. |
